Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor staff, including conducting performance reviews.
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes.
- Optimize technician schedules for effective resource utilization.
- Oversee the deployment of field service tools.
- Review daily operational reports and start-up submissions.
- Manage warranty processes and filter requests from contractors.
- Facilitate communication between Service Technicians and manufacturers as necessary.
- Ensure effective communication among Service Technicians, mechanical and control contractors, and end users when appropriate.
- Address escalated safety concerns and ensure adherence to safety protocols by all Service personnel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in both commercial and residential settings.
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong expertise in commercial new construction products, installation, and mechanical systems.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC operations.
- Proven leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Stable work history is essential for consideration.
