## Executive Pastry Chef

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at DO&CO. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality pastries and desserts for our airline catering, international event catering, and restaurant operations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage and motivate a team of pastry chefs to ensure efficient and effective production of pastries and desserts
* Develop and implement new recipes and menus based on market trends and budget constraints
* Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all pastry products
* Monitor and control food costs and wastage
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

### Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience in pastry production, preferably in a large-scale operation
* Full knowledge of baking ingredients, techniques, and equipment
* Certificate in culinary arts or relevant field
