- Education: Bachelor's degree, plus seven years related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional Designations: JD, CPA, or CFA designation preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other PC-based software applications.
