Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer III to join our IT Department at Concord Group Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex software applications using Microsoft Technologies, including.NET Framework, C#, ASP.Net MVC, and Web/WCF services.
  • Work with leadership to define software requirements and lead operational and technical projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions with existing systems.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and application development.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a senior-level software engineer.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance or Financial Services knowledge preferred.
