Job Summary

This is a hybrid position, requiring both on-site and in-person group meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform system analysis to determine requirements and develop solutions
  • Lead complex projects, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation
  • Collaborate with leadership to define software requirements and develop operational and technical projects
  • Develop and maintain production systems, including maintenance and support
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and application development
  • BA/BS degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a senior-level software engineer
  • Property and Casualty Insurance or Financial Services knowledge preferred
  • Experience working with Microsoft Technologies, including .NET Framework, C#, ASP.Net MVC, and SQL Server
