Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers as they enter the store.
  • Provide assistance and support to customers throughout their shopping experience.
  • Deliver comprehensive product knowledge, highlighting features, benefits, and overall value.
  • Encourage cross-selling and promote beneficial product add-ons.
  • Maintain an organized and replenished sales floor.
  • Ensure a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Assist in managing back stock and conducting inventory counts.
  • Follow directions from and report to the designated supervisor.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in computer use, including familiarity with POS systems.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a retail environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a retail facility.
  • Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transfer items weighing up to 30 pounds.

Compensation:

Hourly pay starting at $12.00, negotiable based on experience.
