Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Vehicle Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Quality Assurance Vehicle Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing the quality of vehicles, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of vehicle quality, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality issues, analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate quality issues and analysis results to stakeholders, including management, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate Degree: Master's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with Proprietary Testing Systems: Experience with proprietary testing systems and methodologies, such as PIDT, PUDiS, PPN, FAZIT, Cluu, etc.
  • Certifications: Automotive service or master technician certification.
Working Conditions:

This job operates in an automotive workshop and office environment. The employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, automotive parts at operational temperature, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.

The employee is regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, move, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift.

Travel: 10% of the time, the employee may be required to travel to other locations for meetings, training, or other business-related purposes.

Work Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
