Key Responsibilities: As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing both new and pre-owned vehicles to potential customers. Your duties will include:

  • Building rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Offering test drives and qualifying buyers.
  • Preparing quotes and suggesting trade-in options.
  • Explaining warranties, features, and services.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilizing negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in sales training, including Ford-specific programs.
  • Staying informed through professional publications and reporting monthly activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
  • Licensure to sell automobiles or qualifications to obtain it upon hire.
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience.
  • Completion of Ford Sales Training within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and automotive marketing websites.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred.
