This position reports directly to the VP, Assistant Controller, and requires exceptional communication abilities to effectively relay technical accounting requirements to senior leadership and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the determination of suitable accounting treatment for intricate transactions
  • Formulate and revise corporate accounting policies and procedures
  • Draft technical accounting memorandums addressing complex issues
  • Implement processes for the consistent application of accounting principles
  • Collaborate with auditors and business leaders on accounting-related matters
  • Remain updated on developments in accounting standards

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Accounting
  • Background in a Big 4 public accounting firm
  • Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP
  • Capability to analyze financial transactions and document findings
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships across the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory
