Sales Excellence Manager for Mid-Tier and Large Accounts

Job Summary
The Sales Excellence Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in mid-tier and large accounts within Lightpath Business' strategic target companies and existing assigned customer accounts in the New York State region.
Key Responsibilities
- The Sales Excellence Manager develops and implements tactics to generate new customer relationships working with strategic accounts and prospects.
- These accounts are defined by the sales team and approved by Senior Management.
- The Sales Excellence Manager increases the net revenue and share of business in those assigned accounts according to a Yield Plan.
- Strong relationships with decision makers in target prospect and customer accounts are developed, leading to the sale of Lightpath Business products and services to solve identified business problems.
- A funnel of active opportunities sufficient to meet future quota objectives is effectively managed, as defined.
- Quota objectives are met on a periodic basis, as assigned, and accurate sales forecasts are provided while complying with company processes and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years sales experience within the telecommunications field handling mid-tier and large accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to hunt, develop, manage, and close sales opportunities on a consistent basis.
- Ability to make professional presentations to customers and prospects and communicate complex technical issues in layman's terms.
- Solid understanding of telecommunications and Information Technology concepts and fundamentals.
- Proven history of excellent customer service and ability to build solid customer relationships with a full understanding of the dynamics and techniques of relationship management.
Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000/year, and we provide an attractive and competitive commission package. The position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State.
