Responsibilities
  • Establish connections with prospective Business to Business clients and present commercial insurance proposals to attract new customers.
  • Develop and implement a strategic acquisition plan in conjunction with agency management to achieve personal and company objectives.
  • Regularly monitor progress against goals to make adjustments and ensure goal attainment.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing agency clients and identify opportunities for additional product sales.
  • Adhere to agency guidelines and business procedures, working effectively with other agency personnel.
Requirements
  • A strong desire for financial success.
  • A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a coachable mindset.
  • The ability to build relationships and identify centers of influence.
  • Effective communication and people skills, with a positive and winning attitude.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license, which will be obtained as part of the hiring agreement.
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior business to business sales experience is preferred.
