Tulip Interfaces is seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer success and digital transformation in frontline operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, guiding them to leverage Tulip's platform to improve operations, and ensuring contract renewals and commercial expansion.

Key responsibilities include coordinating across internal teams, building and improving internal processes, and collaborating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Key Requirements:

  • BA/BS (MBA/Masters preferred)
  • Direct experience with implementing change in manufacturing and operations
  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Management Consulting, or other client-facing roles in the Life Sciences industry
  • Experience creating and leading executive presentations, and experience working with enterprise corporations and multicultural business environments
  • Ability to travel (estimated 20%)
