Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team at our Allstate Insurance Agency in St. Pete, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for offering the benefits of Allstate Insurance products to prospective and current customers, quoting and closing policy sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for helping others find the protection they need with Allstate Insurance products.
  • Take inbound sales calls to quote new insurance business and call for outbound prospecting to existing customers and warm lead sources.
  • Seek out individual referral sources, including current customer bases, to find those seeking your help.
  • Call to follow up with prospects after business is quoted and cross-sell existing customers.
  • Comply with Allstate Underwriting, document collection, and office procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude and have high ethical standards.
  • Organization is also highly important, as the one who is organized and follows up the most wins.

Requirements:

  • Own or have the ability to obtain a minimum of a Florida Property and Casualty 4-40 license.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency and respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual who can handle customer rejection and pass a background check.
