Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the banquet team, ensuring top-notch service.
- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all banquet functions, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate banquet staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor, promoting positive relations with guests and staff.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution and service quality.
- Monitor and control labor and operational costs through effective budgeting and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and train staff on emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of banquet facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
- Engage with guests to address concerns and enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage Management, preferably in a banquet or luxury setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
- Proficient in using technology and software relevant to the role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and interact with guests and staff.
- Occasionally lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
