Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our staff. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based treatment to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Assess the family's and consumer's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional, consumer-focused, evidence-based treatment through ethical interactions.
- Emphasize individual motivation and engagement to create the space for ongoing progress.
- Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records.
- Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and be recognized as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Be licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
- An inherent desire to train, supervise and develop new staff members.
- A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record is required.
