West Pines Behavioral Hospital is a comprehensive inpatient behavioral health facility serving the Denver area. We are seeking a passionate and caring Licensed Inpatient Psychiatric Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to treat emotional and behavioral health disorders.
* Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans.
* Provide individual, group, or family sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan.
* Maintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient.
* Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other staff to facilitate services.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other therapeutic field.
* Four or more years' experience as a therapist with two or more years' experience with the specific population of the facility.
* State License required (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC).
* CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
