Product Business Analyst/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Business Analyst/Manager to join our team at Double Down Group. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for SaaS applications, conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analysis and Documentation/Solution Design: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement, create detailed business and functional requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams, and work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to integrate business requirements into user experience and screen design, provide insights into user behavior and preferences, and review wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to ensure they align with business objectives.
- Testing and Validation/Change Management: Work with QA Team members to develop and document detailed testing plans, facilitate user acceptance testing, and assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
- Project Management Support: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, track project progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication/Data Analysis and Reporting: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, manage stakeholder expectations, conduct data analysis, and develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Business Analyst, preferably within a SaaS or software development environment.
- Experience working with UI/UX designers on user experience and screen design projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and architecture, proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, and experience with requirement management tools.
