The Program Coordinator is tasked with managing the operations of the designated program, providing leadership, oversight, direction, and clinical assistance.

The Program Coordinator actively encourages community involvement, self-advocacy, and the rights of individuals.

Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma/GED

Additional Shift Details:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to staff and clients to ensure the success and growth of the residential program.

Oversee administrative tasks and requirements in collaboration with the Administrative Director.

Develop and manage staff scheduling across the program to ensure efficiency and adequate coverage.

Interpret and oversee program budgets.

Conduct staff meetings.

Supervise and assess assigned personnel.

Assist individuals in accessing all services and benefits for which they are eligible, including housing, inspections, and insurance.

Maintain excellent communication and relationships with external agencies.

Conduct investigations and reviews as needed.

Create and monitor engaging community-centered opportunities for all individuals.

Regularly audit individual financial records, case files, and medications.

Prepare business reports, including petty cash, census, and payroll.

Monitor all staff training, including core, developmental, and program-specific training.

Must be able to travel between programs, offices, training sessions, and departmental meetings.

Provide physical intervention during crisis situations when necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or two years of program experience, including staff supervision, hiring, terminations, staff development, and evaluation. Familiarity with state human service systems and related treatment philosophies is preferred.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with sound judgment, are essential.

Basic computer proficiency is required.

High energy, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary.


A valid driver's license, access to a reliable and insured vehicle, and willingness to use it for client transportation are required.

Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
