As a Salesperson at Norm Reeves Auto Group, you will be the primary point of contact for our sales department, responsible for creating a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or sales lot, offering tailored support and guidance.
- Offer test drives and obtain necessary identification from prospects prior to the drive.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Maintain confidential customer information on our Dealership Management System.
- Assist in writing sales orders and processing paperwork according to dealership policies and procedures.
- Introduce customers to Sales Managers for an opportunity to meet with management.
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and vehicle delivery.
- Full-time availability.
- Age 18 or older.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and customers.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
