Sepha USA, Inc is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join their team in San Francisco, CA.

The Opportunity:

Our Inventory Management team is at the forefront of transforming the landscape of our Supply Chain Organization. We're looking for a skilled Distribution Analyst to allocate new items, replenish core inventory, and maintain store levels.

You will be responsible for determining ideal Store level quantities for new product launches and Animated Items to meet in-store launch dates. You will partner with Merchandise Planning/Demand Planning/Merchandising team to identify potential upstream gaps and prevent downstream inventory issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine ideal Store level quantities for new product launches and Animated Items
  • Partner with Merchandise Planning/Demand Planning/Merchandising team to proactively identify potential upstream gaps
  • Perform ad hoc store and brand level in-stock and sales analysis
  • Action and respond to inventory callouts directly from stores

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years Inventory Retail or Allocation Experience
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Strong numbers aptitude; able to compile statistical reports
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

What We Offer:

  • An estimated annual base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000
