**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tanning Representative to join our team at Crunch Fitness. As a key member of our Relax and Recover department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting our tanning services, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers: Provide professional and knowledgeable guidance on safe tanning practices, UV tanning bed options, and spray tan services.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment: Maintain a high level of energy and productivity in a dynamic and busy setting.
  • Social media and community outreach: Engage with customers and promote our services through social media and community outreach initiatives.
  • Meet sales goals: Consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through suggestive selling techniques and exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative tasks: Complete daily paperwork, track sales, and maintain accurate records.
  • Sanitation and cleanliness: Ensure the tanning facility is clean, organized, and properly sanitized at all times.
  • Product knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our tanning equipment, UV light types, and tanning lotions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in retail or customer service environment preferred.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation required.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification and SmartTan certification required.

  • Education: All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Work eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide proof of eligibility.
