Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Support Team Therapist to join our team at Carolina Therapeutic Services. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing mental health support services to individuals and families in need.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on prevention and addressing issues such as addiction, substance abuse, and stress management. You will also work closely with our team to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds. A Master's degree in a human service field and full clinical licensure status are required, along with bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
  • Counsel clients individually and in group sessions to assist them in overcoming dependencies and making positive changes.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Monitor clients' use of medications and refer them to community resources or specialists as necessary.
