As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Spectrum Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by implementing effective recruitment strategies that attract and retain exceptional talent.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and recruit high-caliber candidates while suggesting enhancements to our recruitment processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Partnering with hiring leaders to source and select qualified candidates, ensuring a high-quality workforce.
- Analyzing hiring metrics to identify opportunities for improving the quality of hires and reducing time-to-fill.
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle, from resume screening to onboarding.
- Utilizing strong communication skills to keep hiring leaders informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively sourcing skilled sales professionals and exploring alternative recruitment methods.
- Advising client groups on the latest recruitment resources and initiatives.
- Acting as an ambassador for our employment brand to enhance awareness of our opportunities.
- Participating in national recruiting events to promote diversity in our candidate pool.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of five years in recruitment or staffing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and effective communication.
- Abilities: Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a talent advisory capacity.
- Background in recruiting for enterprise sales roles.
- At least one year of experience in a corporate recruitment environment.
