YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Partnering with hiring leaders to source and select qualified candidates, ensuring a high-quality workforce.
  • Analyzing hiring metrics to identify opportunities for improving the quality of hires and reducing time-to-fill.
  • Managing the complete recruitment cycle, from resume screening to onboarding.
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to keep hiring leaders informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactively sourcing skilled sales professionals and exploring alternative recruitment methods.
  • Advising client groups on the latest recruitment resources and initiatives.
  • Acting as an ambassador for our employment brand to enhance awareness of our opportunities.
  • Participating in national recruiting events to promote diversity in our candidate pool.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of five years in recruitment or staffing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and effective communication.
  • Abilities: Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a talent advisory capacity.
  • Background in recruiting for enterprise sales roles.
  • At least one year of experience in a corporate recruitment environment.
