Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $135,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Estimator and Scheduler to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing cost estimates and schedules for large construction projects valued between $2 million and $25 million.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, as well as experience with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6.

This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with management, subcontractors, customers, and peer groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in engineering or construction management
  • 7-10 years of experience with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor, or 15+ years of directly related experience with no degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting preferred
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6
  • Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods associated with the renovation of commercial and institutional buildings and site work
