An award-winning search firm, GPAC, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join their team. This professional will be responsible for creating proposals, reviewing construction documents, and evaluating vendor quotes for commercial projects.

About the Role:

  • Develop and present detailed project estimates for commercial, education, healthcare, and hospitality projects.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop specifications and work with vendors to negotiate awards.
  • Draft scopes of work for subcontractors and material suppliers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of estimating experience in large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in building construction, including general trades, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical trades.
  • Proficient use of computer-aided design (CAD) software and estimating tools.
  • Exceptional knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $85,000 - $110,000 annual salary.
