Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As an Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic products using a variety of test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose electronic products to identify defects and malfunctions
  • Repair and maintain electronic products using test equipment and technical documentation
  • Complete and maintain accurate service records electronically and manually
  • Ensure safe work practices are employed by observing guidelines established or enforced by Olympus
Requirements
  • AA/AS degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engineering preferred or 4 years of equivalent knowledge and responsibilities in the Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engineering technical field
  • Sufficient manual dexterity with small hand tools
  • Experience or ability to work with test equipment (such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, pattern generators)
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to read and follow manuals, work instructions, job standards, and related information
  • Possess basic computer skills (including keyboard and mouse skills)
