Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Store Donation Attendant to provide excellent customer service to our donors, maintain a clean and well-organized donation area, and handle each transaction with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present a professional appearance and maintain a friendly demeanor, greeting donors and offering assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized donation area, ensuring all donated materials are properly sorted and stored.
  • Responsible for all operations and security matters while on duty, including receiving and receipting all donated material and tracking donations per center policy.
  • Courteously advise donors of unacceptable materials and provide information on pick-up services as needed.
  • Support the production processes as needed and be available for a flexible schedule.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with donors.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
