Job Title: Customer Service Banker

RTA US is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Banker to join our team in Gresham, OR.

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall customer support services, including phone and email inquiries.
  • Identify potential problems and compliance issues, and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Develop working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures.
  • Assist customers in navigating Treasury Management products and online platforms.
  • Maintain appropriate technical understanding of bank systems and regularly attend trainings to support and expand knowledge base.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft office applications.
  • Experience with department-specific systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services.
  • Technical support and/or cobrowse skills.
