We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Research Professor to join our team at the Center for Social Data Analytics (C-SoDA) at Penn State University. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data-intensive social research and a proven track record of conducting innovative research projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual research projects and collaborate with C-SoDA-affiliated faculty on various research initiatives.
- Develop and lead external grant proposals to secure funding for research projects.
- Manage graduate student researchers and assist C-SoDA-affiliated researchers in utilizing high-performance computing resources on campus.
- Contribute to the center's administrative tasks and grant proposal preparations.
