Job Overview

Bakery On Main is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, including packaging and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various machines within the production room to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Handle packaging of products as they are completed, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Assist with cleaning of the production room and other areas, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Notify supervisors of any mechanical or material issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Set up, operate, adjust, and perform minor maintenance on Bakery On Main production and packaging machines.
  • Accurately complete all production paperwork, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
  • Knowledge of line cleaning and testing procedures, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to switch between flavors quickly and efficiently, as needed.
  • Print necessary box labels, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with production, maintenance, and management staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and on-the-job training.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, ensuring physical demands are met.
