Job Overview

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an experienced Quotations Specialist Lead to join our Projects Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the sales department to ensure all prospective jobs are accurately estimated for both revenue and materials associated with electrical construction projects.

In this role, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills to partner with electrical and general contractors, manufacturers, and their representative agencies to acquire necessary information to provide these projections. Your strong desire to provide superior customer service will help us exceed customer goals and expectations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A solid understanding of electrical construction projects and estimation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple portfolios and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.


Responsibilities

The Quotations Specialist Lead will be responsible for:
  • Working with the sales team to gain a thorough understanding of project scope and timelines.
  • Participating in meetings involving client projects, including transfer from sales to project management.
  • Gathering necessary information to estimate and quote projects accurately.
  • Preparing submittals of lighting packages for customer approval.
  • Maintaining current information on agents' pricing structures.
  • Expediting project quotes and preparing required client reports.
  • Communicating with departments involved in completing quotations.


Requirements

The successful candidate must have:
  • At least [insert salary] per year, depending on experience, to compensate for the complexity of the role and the high level of expertise required.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in electrical construction project coordination or a related field.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, construction management, or business administration.
