Guitar Center is seeking a skilled Lead Guitar Instrument Specialist to provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. This role requires a deep understanding of guitar repairs, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to helping musicians improve their craft.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, plus commissions. Additionally, we offer robust benefits and perks, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, mental health support, paid sick/holiday/vacation time, employee discount program, and tuition reimbursement options.

**Job Responsibilities**

This role will involve:

  • Maintaining store-owned gear as requested
  • Completing warranty repair work
  • Interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and a foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products.
