About the Role:

Brennan's, a renowned restaurant group, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for executing contemporary, seasonal dishes with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen stations and ensure seamless execution of menus
  • Mentor and lead our culinary staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest quality and standards in daily operations
  • Manage inventory, maintain pars, and ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Participate in menu planning and dish creation, driving innovation and creativity

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or a culinary degree
  • Excellent fish butchery skills and knowledge of seafood
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members
