Key Responsibilities- Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on cranes and hoists to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Identify and resolve issues with cranes and hoists using electrical, mechanical, and structural troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to ensure their material handling applications are running smoothly.
- Document and Report: Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities, including safety notifications and corrective recommendations.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry codes, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Education: Associate degree in Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or related field, or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience involving electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair, with some electronic experience preferred.
- Other Requirements: Must have a good driving record, be willing to work at heights, and be able to travel and work out of town as needed.
