Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion. As a LPN, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
  • Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
  • Assist patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient's status and reactions to interventions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
  • State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN).
  • IV certification.
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
