Job Summary:

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Transplant/Thoracic Unit as a Nurse Practitioner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Prioritize patient wellness and safety in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
