Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care Hospital Float Pool Nights

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Acute Care Hospital Float Pool Nights team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with moderate to high acuity
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Precept and mentor new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into the role
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
