About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our team at Eide Bailly. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing high-level tax returns for clients in various industries, including banking, real estate, high tech/software, and manufacturing/distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Work with clients and staff to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline.
  • Coach or mentor staff members to enhance their skills and further develop their careers.
  • Network and build relationships with clients and other professionals to attract new business for the firm.
  • Bill clients for services and guidance provided.
Requirements
  • Active CPA license and 7+ years of experience in public accounting tax work.
  • Pass-through entity, multi-state, and complex individual tax experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries and the ability to read a financial statement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to notice issues and bring solutions to the table.
  • Ability to lead a team of high-performing individuals and take pride in helping others.
