Role Summary

As a Harbour Club Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our esteemed members and guests. You will be responsible for providing warm and personalized service, supporting our captains with tasks, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our dining rooms and service areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve members and guests warmly, addressing them by name when possible.
  • Support captains with tasks such as refilling water & wine, running drinks, clearing & marking tables and preparing & serving hot beverages.
  • Assist with special requests and accommodate member and guest needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service areas, bar, and kitchen.
  • Reset tables quickly and efficiently, keeping our dining rooms looking immaculate.
  • Assist in preparing for special events and private functions as needed.

Requirements

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with attention to detail.
  • Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, traverse stairs and lift/carry heavy items on occasion.
