We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines New Business Marketing Specialist to join our team at USI Insurance Services. This role will be responsible for marketing new prospective client accounts to carrier partners, supporting commercial lines sales associates, and providing marketing analytics and negotiation services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.
- Work closely with sales associates to understand prospect's commercial lines insurance needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate terms with carriers on behalf of prospects and finalize marketing and client onboarding processes.
- Provide marketing analytics and insights to support business growth and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carrier underwriters and representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product information, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance agency.
- Comprehensive understanding of all property and casualty insurance coverages, underwriting, and rating concepts.
- College degree preferred.
- Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred.
