Position Overview:

  • Analyze competitor offerings on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead monthly team meetings.
  • Manage inventory orders and oversee receiving and stocking processes.
  • Meet sales and productivity targets set by the Store Manager.
  • Maintain equipment and fixtures in safe working condition.
  • Exemplify company standards by adhering to procedures.
  • Develop promotional strategies to boost store traffic.
  • Ensure effective merchandising of displays and product placements.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by assisting and greeting customers on the sales floor.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Authorize refunds in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with weekly inventory processing and price adjustments.
  • Attend mandatory monthly meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
