Adecco USA is currently in search of a skilled Field Service Technician who possesses the ability to diagnose issues and carry out repairs, as well as perform preventative and general maintenance on compressed air and vacuum systems located at various client sites.

This role offers:

  • Hourly compensation: $25-40/hr. (commensurate with experience and tenure)
  • Annual bonus: Based on company profitability.
  • Benefits eligibility: Begins on the first of the month following hire date, including healthcare, dental, HSA, FSA, vision, supplemental medical plans, life and AD&D insurance, short & long-term disability, and an employee assistance program with 5 complimentary counseling sessions per year.
  • Retirement plan: 401k matching up to 4% along with a broad-based employee ownership initiative available to all staff.
  • Paid time off: Competitive PTO package.
Work Schedule:
  • Typically Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time (flexible based on client requirements)
  • *Average of 5-10 hours of overtime weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to various client locations with the possibility of dispatching directly from home (company vehicle provided).
  • Conduct repairs and preventative/general maintenance on compressed air and vacuum systems located on client premises.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with rotary screw air compressors, including troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Ability to work independently at client locations and communicate effectively with clients.
Hiring Process:
  • Initial phone screening with an Adecco recruiter.
  • In-person interview with the hiring manager at a client site.
  • Job offer and onboarding process.
