Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Clearwater, FL. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the analytics of all Clinical Institutes/Service Lines for all business lines, enabling integrated data assessment across the impacted patient populations to drive improved outcomes and process improvements throughout the Clinical Institutes/Service Lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cost accounting processes, strategies, and data integrity for all business lines, ensuring accurate costing and margin analysis.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify sustainable data models, preferred financial reporting capabilities, and ensure data integrity within the Finance and Service Line space.
  • Provide consistent data and reporting availability, analytics as requested, training and support for net new services and dashboards, as well as other financial and service line support services and projects as determined by senior leadership.
  • Implement and standardize policies and procedures across all system cost accounting users, team professional development, and goal achievement.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Service Line Reporting and Analytics
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Data Science/Information Systems, Health Administration, or related field
  • Preferred: Master's in a related field
