Construction Equipment Sales Specialist

Barnsco Texas, a leading provider of construction equipment sales and services, is seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Sales Specialist. This exciting role involves selling new and used construction equipment, managing online listings, and driving sales through internet platforms, social media, and direct customer interaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction equipment industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in website and social media marketing. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000/year + Commission. If you're passionate about the construction equipment industry and have a knack for online sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory across internet advertising platforms
- Present and sell equipment to potential customers
- Follow up on leads and referrals through websites and social media
- Prepare quotes, negotiate prices, and close sales
- Develop and grow company websites, social media, and internet presence
- Ensure customer needs are met, from quoting to delivery
- Participate in marketing events like trade shows and seminars
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets
