Job Overview:
At Yogurtland, we're seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and managing employee benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and process payroll data in a timely, accurate, and approved manner.
- Verify and reconcile time and attendance records for accuracy.
- Calculate and process payroll adjustments.
- Stay current on tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Administer employee benefits, including health, 401k, vision, dental, and life.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Communicate and establish partnership with brokers/providers.
- Maintain accurate and current payroll and benefits records.
- Administer and ensure that LOAs are compliant with Federal, State, and local laws.
- Generate reports for HR, finance, and management.
- Assist in audits related to payroll and benefit data.
- Reconcile monthly benefit invoicing with current payroll data.

Requirements:
- Verifiable 5-10 years' experience with payroll and benefits administration
- Experience in HR systems –in-depth knowledge in ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- In-depth knowledge of payroll process, tax regulations, and benefits administration
- Experience in office administration

Benefits:
- Starting at $25.00/hour
- Location: Farmers Branch, TX (Hybrid, 30-35 hours/week)
