Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients, including project scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the estimation team to ensure proposals meet client expectations.
- Work closely with the estimation team, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information and ensure project success.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to implement process improvements.
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in sales, project management, and/or construction estimating.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
