Job Overview
Crossmark Global Investments seeks an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors to market our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy with Regional Vice President
* Deliver effective presentations to promote Crossmark products and services
* Raise and retain assets within a geographic territory by making proactive phone calls to financial advisors
* Maintain a deep understanding of the sales process and capital markets

Requirements
* Series 6 or 7, Series 66 (or equivalent) required
* Bachelor's degree required
* Minimum 1 year sales experience preferably within the financial services industry
* Demonstrated relationship management skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year, plus commissions. This is a full-time role.
