Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team at Marsh LLC. As a key member of our Commercial Real Estate team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial property and casualty insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed risk expertise to clients, including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, and developing solutions.
  • Monitor the retention of business and generate new business opportunities.
  • Help establish the growth and retention strategy for account teams and monitor implementation.
  • Ensure the success of relationships with moderately complex clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Serve as a client contact and respond to complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Background in Commercial Insurance working with Real Estate/Construction clients.
  • Minimum of 12 years' of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity.
  • Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.
