Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a member of our nursing staff, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care.
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
  • Assess and document patient condition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, providing education and support throughout the care process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas required.
  • 2 years of experience in pediatric hematology oncology nursing preferred.
