Project Manager Opportunity at Communication Technology Services (CTS)

We are seeking an experienced field-based project manager to oversee wireless construction activities, including construction/implementation, system commissioning/integration, and closeout of wireless in-building networks.

About Us: CTS is a leading integrator and managed service provider for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify project design, scope, and quote with the proposal owner
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation using CTS' cloud-based file system
  • Determine and assess the resources required to complete project scope
  • Develop project schedules, job trackers, safety plans, submittals, and support documentation
  • Set and manage project expectations with internal operations teams and stakeholders
  • Attend team/stakeholder meetings and conduct site visits
  • Work with purchasing departments for material/equipment releases
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and job health
  • Ensure all project teams adhere to proper safety protocols
  • Manage project deliverables and closeout package completion

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of project management experience with a strong technical background
  • Customer-facing project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications and/or wireless project management
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Bluebeam

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 per year. Additionally, CTS offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
